Terms of Use
Last updated July 24, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dentalownership.com (the “Site”), operated by Dental Ownership Collective (“DOC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or joining our launch list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site is an informational, pre-launch website for an education platform that is still being built. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional, financial, legal, tax, or business advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions about practice ownership.
The launch list
Joining our list lets us contact you about DOC. It does not create any obligation on your part or ours, and it does not guarantee enrollment, pricing, availability, or any particular launch date. Any dates, features, curriculum, and plans described on the Site are forward-looking and may change.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by DOC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or scrape or harvest data from it.
- Submit false information or another person’s information without permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and these Terms do not apply to them.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
