This Privacy Policy explains how Dental Ownership Collective (“DOC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit dentalownership.com (the “Site”) or join our launch list. DOC is a pre-launch education platform for dentists pursuing practice ownership.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you join our list through the “Get on the list” form, we collect your email address. If you contact us about sponsorship or another inquiry, we may also collect your name, phone number, and company or organization.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security, performance, and reliability. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use your information

  • To add you to our launch list and notify you about DOC, including when the platform opens.
  • To respond to sponsorship inquiries and other messages you send us.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our list, such as our website host, database provider, and any email or customer-relationship tools we use to process and store submissions. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to operate our launch list and respond to your inquiry, and until you ask us to remove it. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hi@dentalownership.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for dental professionals and others aged 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
